this week has been good. the baptism was really good! it was in spanish :) they are sooooooo happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we also met this guy named robert this past week. we were in the Vons parking lot and he comes up to us and tells us he wants to know more about baptism. SWEET! and he came to the baptism, too!! he really enjoyed it, even though he doesnt know spanish.

we had dinner last night with the jenkins family! theyve been to durham, NC a few months ago and to the durham bulls stadium!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
oh it also rained last night!! everything was all wet this morning. so it does rain here :) and the air wasnt sticky or muggy or anything haha
oh this past week i had posole. it was good.....i dont even know what is in posole. if you look up what is in posole, dont tell me because i'm sure i'll have to eat it again on my mission haha.
and this past week i started talking to this guy in his house, in spanish (i double checked after wards with hermana hernandez). but hes says..."no hablo ingles" but i was speaking spanish to him!!!!!!! hahaha this is the second time that thats happened here in santa paula!!! its my gringa accent. :) hna hernandez is going to convert me to a mexican, and she says the gringa accent has to go (jokingly and lovingly of course) :)
not much else has gone on this week! :) transfers are a week from tuesday. this transfer has gone by wayyyyyy too fast! what the what?! haha
