haha okay so i was told wrong or something, i'm actually in newbury park, the los robles spanish unit. my zone leader is english speaking, so maybe he just assumed los robles was paso robles. haha white people..... :) anyway....we cover all the spanish for the stake! and we "split" it with the other two hermanas.
so our area includes los robles, newbury park, moorpark, thousand oaks, and agoura hills!!!! its busy! and soooooo great!!! i love it here! and hermana parrish is my companion! she is sooooo much fun! she's waiting on her VISA to Argentina, and i hope it comes after this transfer so she doesn't have to wait anymore. :) she's 19, and this is her 2nd transfer in the field. so im follow up training her!! oh and she's from highland, UT!

this week has been sooo great!!!!!! so many things i want to tell yall!! so yall will probably get a long snail mail this week!! and thousand oaks and newbury park are about 45 minutes away from ventura. its a little south of santa paula? i dont know but its closer to the temple than paso robles!!! which we get to go to next month!!!!!
i also got to see hna fitzpatrick, corniea, and howell at transfer mtg!!!!!! that was soooo much fun!
also, this week i saw a kid that looked exactly like a younger dan!!!!! like about 12 or 13!!!!! big red hair and a "husky" build and white, freckled face! haha i wanted to take a pic of him, but that would be weird! so i didn't.
also, we have places more than vons here! like....target and vons, and a mall, and other things like that!!!! its was kind of weird the first day, but i dont mind the options! :) happy to have some other options besides vons and the dollar store.
and i did see sis metheney!!!!! she looked familiar!!!!! it was fun to see her and i can't wait to get to know her again!!!!
also, mom you would die if you were here with me and having me drive!! you'd have a heart attack! (mom note...my kids know i don't like to ride with them. it isn't their driving...it is just a personality defect of mine!) anyway, ! i have driven on the freeway so many times here and the other drivers are crazy!!!!
and i think i'm out of time??? i dont know, but i'm going to print off your email!! and by the way, thanks dad for all the pics!!!! looks like fun!!!!!!
