Poor Hannah...she's sick. ....December 30, 2013

Hey family! Sorry that this will be a short email. Sorry, I just don't feel up to saying too much.  There's been a stomach flu going around, and guess who got it? me! gross.....

Here's how our investigators are doing.... 

This week we had a lesson with A. He lives with M. and E. He really wants to learn about this. The Lord has been preparing him. He asks really good questions and really pays attention. This week we taught him the Restoration. It was a really good lesson! He said he's even willing to come to church!

We also had exchanges this week and we met E. It was a huge miracle! Hermana Siddoway and I were knocking in an apartment complex in Agoura. We knocked this one door and E. answered. She is a friend of a member. And the member is a family we tried contacting a few weeks ago to teach the Gospel to for one of our zone goals. They ended up canceling when we got there, though. We were able to get to know her and to teach her the Restoration, with the member there! 

We also had a lesson with A. He's doing well. We taught the Gospel and he really understood it. He told us that he hasn't been baptized,and he feels like this church has more to offer him. He wants to make coming to church, reading, praying, and learning more of a priority this upcoming year. at the end he said the prayer, and he said he still needs to use the pamphlet to help, and we told him "well, if you said your prayers daily, you wouldn't need to." haha he laughed and said something similar to "good point!" or "touche"

also thanks for everything from Christmas! I appreciate it all! I'm going to write thank you notes soon! maybe today, but if not then maybe next week.
