hey family.....so this week has been....interesting. lots of crazy things happening, but I guess life would be pretty dull if we didn't have crazy things to shake it up a bit.
my missionary card has been "compromised". haha i got the new one so this wouldn't happen. someone in West Covina has had fun with the money i got this month, and the money left over from last month. honestly, though. if you're gonna get into peoples accounts and take their money (which no one should do anyway) doing it to a missionary is probably the dumbest way to do it, haha. so i'm getting another new card, in 10-15 days. elder truman (a senior missionary who takes care of cards, and apartments) has been really helpful with all of this!
hermana ah mu also went to urgent care. they thought she had gallbladder disease. she also got an ultrasound. I got to see her liver and gallbladder! everything came out normal, but she still isn't feeling well. hopefully everything will get figured out!
a. also wasn't able to meet. he's been filling in for someone at work. but he came to church! j. also wasn't there when we went by, but we know when we can find him.
we've also been doing exchanges with hermana millers companion, mainly just for appointments.
on saturday we also helped with an activity for the activity day girls. we taught a 10 minute thing about service and how we're daughters of God. that took a few minutes, and then we had them ask any question they had about missionaries/missionary work. it was good!
and that was our week. :)
we're taking district pictures this week. that'll help with the pictures thing/sending pictures home. :) there hasn't been much lately to take pictures of/with, but I'll work on it!
our apartment..we've been finding spiders a lot. its really fun. haha especially when all four of us are TERRIFIED of spiders. there are the big ones outside, and every few days there will be smaller ones inside. theyre still big. and black. and gross. but we've been told that brooms are good for killing them. :) I'm just grateful that I'm in california, and not in some forgeign country trying to kill spiders the size of my face, haha.
transfers are the 24th of june. its coming up quick! and I believe my exact release date is september 24th.

this is my happy book! i got it at walmart if you want one like it, too. :) you just write things that make you happy. :) its fun, because its just filled with things that made me laugh, etc.
there's a bigger one, too. this is either the medium sized one, or the small one. its one of 3. maybe 2. it's terrifying. and possibly a black widow.
